LIVE Coaching with TBA-Certified Coaches

These are live, 45-minute coaching sessions held during the second and fourth weeks of each month, led by TBA-certified coaches. You’ll receive real-time support, work through worksheets and program modules together, get inspired by real examples and deepen your learning in a way that translates into real life, not just insight.

Guidelines

The Breakthrough Labs are a powerhouse opportunity to get solid breakthrough momentum! There will always be a mini blueprint demo as well as a hot seat opportunity for at least one volunteer, plus break out rooms for small group work. 

There are a few important guidelines:

✔️ Everything shared in the lab is confidential.

✔️ Respect will be upheld for the differences among us, as well as appreciation for the uniqueness of both struggles and solutions among members. What might have been an ideal solution for you may not be ideal for someone else.

✔️ When sharing a resource, indicate how it worked for you as opposed to how someone else “should” implement it. We don’t “should” on others.

✔️ Be generous with validation and acknowledgement of the efforts of your academy mates.

✔️ Exhibit courage to be transparent about vulnerabilities and struggles. Transparency is a foundational element of breakthrough science.
